Born from a simple truth: supply chains build nations
Uganda's economy moves on the strength of its supply chains — from the coffee value chains of the Rwenzoris to the oil and gas projects of the Albertine, from pharmaceutical cold chains to the boda-boda last mile. Yet for years, the professionals behind these systems had no single body to set standards, certify competence and speak with one voice.
The Operations & Supply Chain Management Professionals Society was founded to change that. Today, OSCMPS brings together practitioners from manufacturing, FMCG, telecoms, banking, NGOs, government and academia — students and chief executives alike — around a shared mission of professional excellence.
